So every now and then someone asks us why our blog name is whitewennings.blogspot.com. It all started back when Craig was in college and his soccer teammates made up the nickname White Wenning given his not-so-dark complexion. Think Billy Idol's song - It's a Nice Day for a White Wedding. This nickname stuck for many years and given how pale our family is we thought it worked for our blog. However, we also want to make sure the name isn't misconstrued as being anything even borderline inappropriate, offense, or racist and given the difficulty in trying to explain the joke of our name over the Internet, we thought it was best to change it going forward to avoid any potential issues.
So please note that on February 1, 2014 - we're switching over to our new blog address - http://thewennings.blogspot.com.
Please note this change as we can't redirect folks from the old address to the new one.
