Go Thunder!!!!

We survived Caleb's first soccer season.  Every Saturday for 2 months a game and every Sunday a practice.  It doesn't seem that much but it was just one more thing on top of an already busy time of year.
Craig stepped up to be the Assistant Coach with Coach Wes.  It was a great experience, one that we will all do again, and Caleb absolutely LOVED it, learned a ton, and had a super fun first season.

Here is the season in a nutshell:
They play 3 on 3 and it is just so precious seeing those long shorts and big socks.
Goal!!
The littlest fan

Caleb loved that Daddy was a coach
Coach Craig giving them all the crucial plays...or just to have fun
Davis will most likely be playing next year, every single game he dressed up in his "matching uniform"and played along side the Thunders!  He constantly asks when does he get to play soccer.
Goooooooooo Thunderrrrrrrrr!

Davis was often surrounded by the best little helpers (the big sisters).  I think he may have his first crush on Bailey! He talks about her often!
Goal!
Goal!
Coach Wes was so great celebrating Caleb's strengths and encouraging his areas of growth.
Goal!

Love these little huddles and the team work they are learning at this young age
Davis and MeDad playing after the game-he has quite the little kick
Some great fans
We had one very cold and rainy game.  Our fans were big troopers

Cheering on his big brother, he already looks up to him SO much
Love his buddy cheering Caleb on behind him

Precious Memories
I love how at the beginning of each game they say the pledge of allegiance and the Y's pledge
Good Defense
Goal!
High 5's to Daddy!

Goal!
High 5's to Coach Wes!
Learning to throw the ball in
Hand Holding with Sweet Bailey
Goal!
This is Hilarious! Coach asked which goal we are going towards and the kids all pointed in different directions-Classic!

The last little huddle
Goal!
Sweet thumbs up!
The Train after games was always a favorite!
Caleb was so excited to go through it and so excited for the "Championship" Game that they "won." He kept calling the last game of the season the Championship.
Snack time was always a favorite too
Caleb didn't know this was going to happen but saying he was ecstatic to get a trophy is an understatement.
Coach said some really nice words about each boy and gave them their really cool trophies!

Pure Joy

What a Sweet first Soccer Season!
Thanks for all the fan support!
Caleb went everywhere with that trophy and showed/told anyone that would listen.  I think he ate with it, slept with it, took it to school, showed all the neighbors, and carried it in the car.  It was so cute!
Gooooooo Thunderrrrrrrr!!!!
