Senior Trip - Colorado Springs

For the last 6 years, I have been blessed to work with a group of amazing girls through our church.  These girls are going into their Senior Year of High School and we took a wonderful trip to Colorado Springs.  We have only been talking about it since they were in 6th grade.  One of my girl's grandparents, have a beautiful retreat home they graciously let us use for a week.
The first night I arrived we lounged around the house and ate dinner at Zio's
Day 2: We worked out, lounged around, went to the pool, took scenic pictures, ate at Rudy's, then listened to John Stonestreet at the Summit.

Love Sweet Hunny!
"Our God is Indescribable"
Kissing Camels
Lots Of Pictures
The Group: Sarah, Elizabeth, Abigail, Grace, Hollis, Madison, and Julie (we were so sad that Cori and Erin were not able to be with us-it wasn't the same without them!)
The Amazing Grandparents that hosted us.  Thank you Hunny and Boomer for the food, the entertainment, the beautiful home, the car, the transportation to/from the airport, the fun memories we made!
Day 3: We slept in, worked out, had tea at The Glen Eyrie Castle, explored the beautiful grounds of the castle, rested, hiked around the Garden of the Gods/Kissing Camels, had a yummy dinner at home, played games
The house was on a beautiful golf course and this is the view out of the gym window at the Club
Every one's "tea pinkie" is up
It was a beautiful room and the girls were so quiet and well behaved for about 15 minutes then they began to get really silly and the 8+ cups of caffeinated tea with sugar began to hit them
We found a "secret passage" way through the castle
So Pretty
I like this shot of a smaller version of the Kissing Camels
This girl was a silly monkey and could climb up every nook and cranny-she got some amazing pictures from the top of this crevice
Have to get the right angle for the best picture
Twinkies
 More Twinkies
Thank you to everyone who made this wonderful trip possible--The Girls, The parents, Hunny and Boomer!!   Thank you also to my parents and Craig's parents for keeping the boys so that I could do this-they had so much fun with you all and you made their week just as special as mine!  Thank you Thank you Thank you!
So much fun and crazy we have less than a year left together!
