Horseshoe Bay Vacay 2013

We gathered for the fifth annual Horseshoe Bay Vacation with the Wenning Family!  We look forward to this week every year and enjoy every moment of it.  It is our only time of year to see the Geez's and we cant get enough of them.

Here is our cousin picture (minus Jack who was at a baseball tournament)
The whole group

Brock meeting Avery too
Avery's first time at the lake

Mmmmm...Root Beer Floats!
Love the beautiful sunset
The first night we surprised Mammy with a little birthday party
This little punkin is hiding waiting for Mammy to come in
SURPRISE! I was on the wrong side!
Mammy was so surprised and it was fun blessing her

Me and two of our punkins

Water logged monkeys
Davis and Lucy had such a special bond--Lucy is wonderful with him and he LOVES her
Aunt K10 time
Lucy was a great "Mommy's Helper".  She was always there to help me feed her, hold her, change her, crawl after her, pick out her outfits, crawl after her, hold her, and hold her some more.
I remembered my camera the second time and was able to get some better shots.

Adorable Ava
Lovely Lucy
Courageous Caleb (who overcame his fear of the Banana Boat and LOVED it-until he had a bad spill off of it and had to overcome his fears again).
Bouncing Brock rode the Banana Boat for 2+ hours straight (I rode it for 20 minutes and was sore!!!)
Davis is loving the water-as long as Daddy had him.  He was not too into the boat and kept whispering to us, "Please stop" "slow down" "All Done".  Poor Guy!
Thumbs Up Davis-or add another finger
There we go-now thumbs up!

All the rocking put Davis to sleep - he was out!

Kracker is straight out of a carnival-jugging lanterns
Pretty amazing that Aunt K10 can still do an amazing cheerleading jump that is so high that you can see 7 year old Brock in the background
Saturday we went to the beach part of one of the pools-it was so fun
So happy
Exploring
Getting comfortable crawling in the sand and heading straight to the water
Running
Smiling
A little sand may have been consumed
Digging
Exploring
Found some seashells or are they lakeshells
Digging a big hole
The Geez Family! Just love them and wish our 4 days didn't go by so quickly.
Thank you so much Mammy and MeDad for making this happen.  We had a blast and appreciate the fun time and great memories made!
