Davis' 2nd Birthday Party

What a beautiful day for a party!!! (a tiny bit sad that we didn't have it in our backyard but you just never know how the weather is going to be around the time of Davis' birthday).  We opted to have Davis' 2nd Birthday Party at a favorite spot, Chick-Fil-A!  It was a wonderful experience and they really made it so easy and special.

Starting with a sign just for the Birthday Boy! So Fun!

They blew up balloons for all the kids and I coordinated our party theme to be black, white, and red!
Fortunately, we were able to use Davis' pennant from his Sock Monkey Party last year!!
Craig's mom always brings flowers to decorate our home when she comes to visit.  She called the day before the party and asked what color I would like. While I wasn't planning on having flowers for the party, I suggested red and white flowers.  Mammy put together some of the most beautiful arrangements.  I couldn't have asked for better center pieces!

So blessed that the grandparents were a part of the celebration, not to mention the helping hands they all were.  Julie's parents surprised us all and drove to Dallas the morning of the party and arrived at 7:30 am.  What troopers!
A small section but a ton of fun!
Davis loved being held during his birthday
but he also loved playing with his brother and friends

Our sweet neighbor, Mr. Mike, took a lot of great pictures, edited them for us, and now these are some of our favorite shots of the birthday boy. Thanks Mr. Mike for the best birthday present, pictures of our family and friends.

Avery did so well and was thoroughly entertained by everyone

Davis holding his hands together, waiting patiently!
Not sure about the singing
Try #1-blew it out but it relit on its own.
Try #2-he spit all over his donuts
Sweet Boy doesn't like getting his hands dirty.
He took matters into his own "hands".
Every donut had a bite or two out of them
Sweet friends!

Hard to see through the glare but Mr. Brad was a trooper and climbed up to rescue a child
The cow showed up!!!! Andi, Luke, and Braysen
Elise was SO excited
Cade and Braysen dancing with the cow
Davis wanted to always see the cow but did not want to be close to him-so much for getting a picture with the cow
Brynn, Elise, June, Graham, Caleb, Graham, Brock, and Andi
Graham is having fun
Elise and June had a blast with the cow
Caleb giving the cow a high 5

The cow went to play too

Love our little birthday boy
Avery is beginning to get sleepy

Love our parents that bless our lives SO much! Thank you all for driving up to make this day really special for Davis and for doing SO much to help out.

Happy Birthday Sweet Davis!  Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating our 2 year old, dealing with the chaos of the small space, making some great memories, and to a fun atmosphere of Chick Fil A.  Thanks again to Mr. Mike for the incredible pictures of this special day!
