Our Christmas break started early, when we drove down to Austin the weekend before for a party. We had a few days in with Mimi and Papa while Daddy was in Dallas working.

Since Mimi and Papa are so closed to Zilker Park we walked there one evening and had a blast. It had been years since I had gone and it was fun to take our children to such a spectacular sight, The Trail of Lights.

Avery got a little cold and wasn't herself, so we took her to a doctor. While we were at the doctor, I wanted the healthy ones to be masked and not get sick. Avery had an ear infection but was better in no time.

Our Christmas Part 1 was pretty special and we had a great time. Thanks Mimi and Papa for making it a wonderful time!
