The Wenning Family: Caleb's 5!!!! September 25th

Our little boy, who is not so little, is 5!! It feels like it was yesterday that we were holding him in our arms in the hospital. He is such a big boy, a sweet, kind, smart, loving, joyful, playful, adoring big brother, protector of little sister, and best friend to Davis. What a blessing he is to our family and our daily lives!

He woke up on Wednesday, September 25th, to a banner, presents, and plenty of balloons/planets!

Rangers Game-Daddy got some tickets from work and we had a blast, even though it was blazing hot!

Even though we were blessed with tickets VERY close to the front, the boys love being up at the VERY top of the stadium. It makes me dizzy!

Daddy took an afternoon off from work and we got a babysitter for little sister and we went to Adventure Landing.

This 5 Year Old was so excited to be tall enough to drive the race car by himself and so appropriate that it is Car #5!

He is a very cautious driver-hopefully this is a foreshadow for 11 years and a real car

Our last birthday celebration was "camping". Daddy set up a Spiderman Tent and did our bedtime routine in the tent (Bible, Fred and Charlie Story, Prayers) and of course, pretend sleeping. We finished with some sparklers before actual bed (in their rooms).
